Health is Your Choice

Have you ever thought about how your body communicates with you? My body can talk to me in physical ways such as feeling happy and good or by feeling thirsty, by being rested and alert, or by being tired and sleepy, by creating health or by creating dis-ease states within me. My exercise or lack of exercise, my food and drink choices, and my thoughts and emotions all affect my health. By trusting my own judgment, and listening to my body, doing my own research and not necessarily accepting the advice of the medical community I can take care of my health.
